Here is the Application Form. We also need paystubs for 1 month and the application fee to process. It usually takes 2 business days to process your application. Please inform your references, current landlord and employer we may call to verify the information you have provided. Your application becomes a part of your lease should you be approved. Falsification of application information will result in a denial of your application and could result in lease termination. Our relationship depends on mutual honesty.

Quickie Budget Form

As part of our new application process, applicants whose household take home pay is not at least 3x the rent may be asked to submit a budget.  We don't want to see anyone in a house which is more than they should afford.

  1. Review the property information on this website and on our message line 302-475-1993.
  2. Discuss your needs and timing with a property manager.
  3. Complete the application form. Note: The application must include complete information for each prospective adult resident. If needed, use more than one form to include all the names. All adults must also sign the application form.
  4. Provide application form(s) with recent paystubs for each adult applicant.

Your credit report is only ONE item of many we consider when screening applicants. We also access court records, criminal records, landlord records as well as talking to your employer, previous landlords.
