Delaware code give landlords 20 days after you move out to inspect the house and determine what if any damages exist. If you provide your landlord with a valid forwarding address, you should receive a list of damages and the balance of you deposit. IPM never makes commitments or estimates damages when a tenant walks through the home. It simply is not possible to do so. This is why the law provides a 20 day period.
